The Historic Y Conference Room, located on the first floor between the main building lobby on 5th Avenue and the Courtyard off University Blvd., is a beautiful 500+ sq. ft. room featuring high ceilings, original 1930's moldings and detailing, large east-facing windows and a hardwood floor. It is available to rent by the hour on an occasional or recurring basis. It can be variously configured and can accommodate either conference table seating for 12-16 or classroom seating for 30-35. Additional amenities include a 70" x 70" wall-mounted projection screen, a DELL 4100MP projector (by request), central air conditioning and heating, and adjacent restrooms. A number of organizations and various building tenants hold their board meetings here.
