El Palmar was perfect for my son’s rehearsal dinner. Pictures are accurate of the multiple but cozy spaces. When the fairy lights come on at dusk, it’s truly magical. Rubén went above and beyond for us from the minute we booked, even providing a screen so we could show a video and helping us set up. Even guests from Miami were so impressed by the beautiful location and out of towners couldn’t believe I’d found such a perfect spot for the party when I live in NYC! Highly recommend this lovely location and Rubén as your host.

El Palmar is a classic Miami Beach Mediterranean / Spanish style villa built in 1924, with enchanting gardens and a gorgeous pool! The perfect combination of classic contemporary and chic! The outdoor space is surrounded by lush landscaping that provides both a tranquil private space and amazing light!The house has stunning contemporary interiors that include luxurious furniture, beautiful artwork, onyx inlay in the wood floors and the original fireplace. In addition to all of these amazing features there is also a full sound system both indoors and out! This spectacular home is the perfect location for films, videos, photo shoots, and any type of production. It is also a stunning setting for brunches, birthday parties, and intimate weddings.

The El Palmar is a wonderful spot to work in. Ruben was extremely helpful and accommodating. We captured the look we were going for with ease. Highly recommend this place.
