About the Space

Immerse yourself in our private Bali-inspired oasis, perfect for photoshoots and video productions. With a stunning pool at its heart, the backyard offers a serene and tranquil ambiance that will enhance your visual content. The patio area is remodeled for tranquility and versatility, featuring a tub for unique compositions and a dreamy white bed with Bali-style curtains. This setting is ideal for adding a touch of elegance to your projects, whether they're fashion shoots, lifestyle captures, or commercial productions. Only the outdoor space is available for booking, providing an enchanting backdrop for your creative pursuits. Elevate your photoshoots and videos to new heights in this extraordinary location. Lots of decor is provided to enhance the experience. We also offer a makeup space that can be rented too, it has a/c and plenty of space for makeup, hair and clothes changing. The makeup room has a flat fee of $150 We are open to different hours but there is a min 3 hours booking requirement, 1 hour reservations are possible with an additional set up fee of $250. We reserve the right to cancel any events due to the weather to avoid possible injuries at our place due to the extremely slippery floor when it rains.

GREAT location. The lighting was amazing all day with how much natural bounces off the yard. Very manicured yard and vibes that feel much like a Tulum upscale vacation property. The house staff ensured we had everything we needed and the location was nestled at the end of a street, allowing us privacy and the ability to get in and out without neighborhood disruption. For reference, we did a swim shoot of 60 looks in 10 hours and had a small cast and crew of 9 + only a couple vehicles on property. Definitely worth the extra for the AC room for HMU and styling.
