Complete with a whimsical front porch, large wooden deck with sitting space with chimonea in the backyard, this space is perfect for a photoshoot.

Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited in any area, inside and outside.
If you break it or get it super dirty, you’re responsible for purchasing a replacement.
If anything is moved, be sure to return it to it's original place.
Leave the house exactly as you found it and clean any excessive mess.
The use of wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is strictly prohibited.
Any decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage.
Amplified music is allowed but must be kept to a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Alcohol is allowed, but may not be served to minors.
Hosts/owners reserve the right to evict guests if their behavior is deemed unruly.
Host/owners reserve the right to remove alcohol if consumption if deemed excessive.
There is 24/7 recording of all indoor and outdoor space with the exception of the bathroom space.
No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used indoors or outdoors.
No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by hosts/ owners.
Rental does not include the bedroom and office/guestroom space.
Placements of tables, tents, and other items must be approved by hosts/owners no later than ONE week before the event.
Host/ owners reserve the right to be present for the duration of the rental.
