OPENING PRICE!! Welcome to this sunny and spacious artistic 2 story penthouse loft located in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District. Inside you’ll find a 635 sqft open loft that offers a mid-century modern aesthetic. Enjoy immense natural light with 10-foot windows, an incredible view of the Hollywood Hills, access to the rooftop hot tub and gym with views of the Valley Mountains. This unit also includes 1-2 parking spaces on-site at special request. To date, we have hosted content creators, film productions and would love to be a part of your next project! The loft has served as a backdrop/set for actor’s self-tapes, web series, content creators, indie films and major brand commercials. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space.
