The Arena is just across the water from our 3rd floor roomy balcony where you will enjoy dolphin and manatee gazing and people watching as tourists and residents stroll on Tampa’s famous Riverwalk right outside the condo. Adjacent and I’m walking distance to Park Crest Condominiums is Jackson’s Bistro and fine dining, American Social club and several other restaurants on the water are a must visit. The condo boasts 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms fully furnished with modern designs along with a 3rd bonus bedroom also fashionably decorated. The living room boasts a large 85 inch flatscreen television, surround sound and cable tv. The furniture in the living room is ALL WHITE leather trimmed in rich gray accents. The balcony is also decorated in white wicker furniture with florida blue cushions.
