About the Space
A beautiful home built in 1927 with picture worthy exterior, stunning antique red front door and an "anywhere America" look. The property offers a large swimming pool with a waterfall/fountain, a grassy area, a large bricked patio and many spaces to find beautiful seasonal flowers hosting a variety of butterflies. This listing is for the exterior of the house only. Depending on the length of the shoot, a bathroom can be accessed. For big shoots, we can facilitate conversations for renting additional parking and homes in the immediate area. We look forward to hosting you and your team!

It’s a very beautiful house. I would definitely recommend this place and will book it again if I film in Tampa area. Unique house. I used it for Christmas theme and it fits just perfect. Host couple is very nice people, the one you want to book from!
