Beautifully designed fully updated and bright Scandi style home Located in the prime Main Street area in Van BC. The character and charm of the original house has been maintained and updated. The main floor has a powder room, bright and white kitchen with stainless steel appliances with an eating area/island open space and is connected to the dining room. The dining room overlooks the patio which overlooks the large beautiful garden with hot tub, 2 playhouses, trampoline and various fruit trees. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings throughout the house, numerous skylights and original stain glass windows and balcony’s. Scandi style living room with modern, marble and gas fireplace. There is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms up and a fully updated basement suite with two bedrooms one bathroom. The perfect family home!
