David is the definition of a rockstar host! He was kind, accommodating and extremely helpful during our shoot at his home. The castle is very unique and beautiful and was exactly what we needed to film amazing footage. Highly recommend this space and I would definitely book again in the future. Space was super clean, beautiful, well equipped, and owner was super communicative! My only complaint is I wish it had been more clear that the location is right in the middle of Santee Alley because our shoot was on a Saturday afternoon and the whole area was just totally packed, parking was a nightmare and even walking to and from the space and getting there was really a headache.

As an artist , I booked this venue to use for my music video. As soon as I arrived Keilai greeted me with inviting smiles as we started to do the walk through. She was very easy to work with and made sure everything was set up for my team. My manager, photographers, make up artist and videographer had such an easy time navigating through this venue.
