About the Space

An eclectic 1985 brick home. Two living areas, front living has raked beams with high ceilings. Second living has beams. Big windows in living areas. A bar with smoky glass mirror, it's what sold the house for us! A huge outdoor living area with a potbelly fire and two indoor pot-belly fires in both living rooms. Liquid limestone pour for the floor of outdoor alfresco. Alfresco has VJ panel walls with recycled windows and doors and a recycled potbelly fire. A 10 seater dining and 6 seater bar fits the rest of the space. A child's cubby house and sandpit at back of garden. A free standing portico close by. Life size zebra (his name is Roscoe :)) behind alfresco which can be seen through recycled doors. A soon-to-be constructed chicken coupe will be situated behind zebra. Inside there is use of colour on walls and wallpaper in the master bedroom, dining and kitchen. The dining area has vintage plates on panel walling. A very eclectic home, lots of plants, colour, vintage decor, warm and inviting. We have kept vintage light fittings in living room and home office as they were too cool to change out. Plenty of room for parking and school carpark for after school hours. Home is situated in a cul-de-sac. The garage door has a mural of red-tailed cockatoos, which look incredible. Located outside the front of house is a vintage caravan of the same era of house, we call her Betsy. We have big plans for her restoration. We also have a very photogenic and well behaved Labrador dog. :) We have reverse cycle air-conditioning for warm weather and colder months. We believe due to the unique quality of this home, it has great potential for fashion shoots, commercials, documentaries and even film production.
