The Hollywood Regency and Baroque décor is signature Palm Springs in its 1960’s heyday and swanky 70’s. Each room celebrates original vintage furnishings and fashionable details of the times. Available for commercial and editorial photography, film, television and music video shoots, this stunning 1969-time capsule will enhance your artistic expression and creation for products in high fashion, beauty, music, jewelry, period film and television, and other forms of the visual arts. Designed by Los Angeles architect Cary Bigman and built by prominent Palm Springs builder Milton Seidner, this fantasy home is remarkably well-preserved with all of its original custom-made furnishings, wallpaper, curtains and tchotchkes from the era. The kitchen, however, has been remodeled and updated, in a style that compliments the vintage charm of the rest of the house. This inspiring space is currently available for film and television shoots, commercial and art photography only. Owners will consider other events on a case-by-case basis.

Recently remodeled, this stylish vacation home features, all new appliances, new wood tone tile floors, new furnishings throughout. The space: The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including a wine refrigerator. Just steps away the dining area sits 8 and allows the sun light to come in through the window overlooking the pool and the sliding glass door going out to the covered patio. Off the dining table you’ll discover the living area. This space is colorfully decorated with a comfortable sectional sofa, a marvelous 50” HDTV, and provides an excellent view of the outside pool including some amazing mountain views. The master bedroom features a King-size bed with comfortable bedding. The sliding glass door offers direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a modern en-suite bathroom that features a single vanity sink and a custom tiled walk in shower. Guest bedroom #2 features a King-size bed that can be made into (2) Twin-size beds (just let us know your preference), a large closet and an accent chair. Guest bedroom #3 offers a Queen-size bed with an ample size closet and stylish décor and bedding. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway across from both of the guest bedrooms and features a shower / bathtub and a single vanity sink. Located in the back of the house adjacent to the master bedroom you will find a bonus room. There is a desk that looks out on to the pool deck (which will make you not want to work) and a twin day bed. The bonus room also has a ceiling fan, an individual air conditioner and private access to and from the pool/backyard area. 
Step outside to the covered patio with café lights and a patio table that seats 8. You can bask under the bright warm sun while enjoying a cocktail with friends, float in the sparkling clear pool or relax on one of the six lounge chairs while appreciating the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around with your family and friends and enjoy time with unwinding as you stargaze from the in-ground spa or lounge area that features an outdoor couch and ottoman. It doesn’t stop there because you can’t go on vacation without gathering around the fire pit and roasting some marshmallows for smores. For your grilling pleasures, there is a 4-burner BBQ. For added convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the two-car garage located adjacent to the patio.
