Very nice venue. We had a family celebration of life reception after a funeral . This was perfect. Intimate gathering, plenty of space to spread out. Everyone raved about the house. Judy was most welcoming and helpful. Could not have been better. Thank you!!!

I booked this location for wedding venue and I would have to say… it was PERFECT!!! Beautiful location and wonderful backdrop for photos. This was a wonderful experience! Owner and host were so nice and attentive . I give this location a 5 Full stars! Highly recommend!!

Matt's loft was absolutely perfect for my husband's surprise birthday party and far exceeded all my expectations! We had the maximum number of people allowed in the space and it still felt extremely comfortable and spacious. There are several thoughtfully arranged seating areas that allow large groups to mingle in an organic way, in addition to the casual yet cozy dining arrangement that the folding tables and chairs provide. The kitchen and living space is so well-stocked and well-designed. Everything was spotless. The bedroom was cozy and private, and the bonus cat friend chilling inside was a real sweetheart and didn't bother my breastfeeding guests at all (although I will note that the heavy sliding door isn't completely flush with the wall when it closes - this meant that keeping our small dogs out of the room was a bit difficult, but otherwise the door wasn't an issue at all in terms of visual privacy). Everyone was so charmed and intrigued by the decor, the lighting, and the general vibe - my friends all had an amazing time just exploring and relaxing and some already want to rent it themselves. Onto the host himself! Matt was an INCREDIBLE host. I have absolutely no complaints at all and was so blown away by his helpfulness and his patience. He answered all my questions in advance in a timely manner, he was kind enough to work out a great price given my booking details, he helped with setup and takedown, and he provided very clear, useful tips for parking and for generally maximizing the space. I had to arrive late and he was so flexible and accommodating to my guests who had arrived early for setup. After we cleaned up, he even set up the swing for us to try even though it was past the booking time. Although we had difficulty with audio when Chromecasting Google Photos to the projector screen from certain iPhones, he was quick to respond to our questions and came by in person to try and help. We had no issues casting from Android phones. Those of us who drove had no problems finding the free parking on Parliament. One thing to note is that there is no elevator in the building, so you will have to take some stairs. Overall, we had an amazing experience renting and enjoying the loft space, and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much Matt! We hope to be back sometime!
