The part of the street we are on is commercial at the street and residential condos above. We are three doors from the Police Station. The next block has office buildings, hotels, etc. The space is converted from an industrial building which was its original use. There is a lot of exposed brick. There is sidewalk seating and currently there is street seating available. The street and sidewalk have built in snow melt.
