Welcome to our humble, traditional home! It's nothing spectacular and is dated, yet everyone who visits and stays shares that it feels like home, and I take that as a compliment. I am easy to work with and folks have shared that they feel a sense of calm and peacefulness when they are here, which is a nice break from the craziness and hustle bustle of LA. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking ( yet only 6-8 vehicles are asked to be parked on the property and in front of the house) has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room off the kitchen that could be used as a 4th bedroom, an office or gym, 2 bathrooms, a 3 car attached, direct access garage, a huge, grassy backyard, and the backyard can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. We have a large greenhouse on the west side of the house and I raise butterflies, so most of the year, the yard is lively and filled with flowers, vegetables from the garden and happy plants and butterflies. The subject street is wide and has easy load in and load out capabilities from a wide side gate. I have converted my backyard dog run into a comfortable area for craft services and downtime for crewmembers.
P.S. There is a church 100 yards away that rents out part of their parking lot for film studios often, so the need for an abundance of parking is not a problem at all .
Overtime rate of 1.5 applies after 12 hours in a shoot day. Cleaning fee of $50-300 will vary, depending on number of attendees and length of shoot. Power fee of $50-100 /day will be assessed depending on number of attendees and amount of power that is used.

The school campus is located in a suburb of Los Angeles, that retains its Western Charm in the mountainous landscape. The elementary middle school campus is along a private canyon road and features ample outdoor space, playgrounds, classrooms, administrative offices, a soccer field, outdoor basketball court, and lunch areas. These facilities are all spread out across the 2.5 acre campus. This school is the perfect educational institution to film school campus scenes, classroom scenes, and athletic field scenes.
Currently still operating as an elementary school, the operating hours align with most LAUSD schools. In General, the school is available for filming on weekdays after 4:30pm and all day on weekends. The school is also available during summer vacation, winter break, and spring break.

We have a variety of outdoor areas- parking lot with great views of Rocky Peak, a playground, a fallow field, and huge lawn. Indoor areas include a sanctuary, multipurpose rooms, and classrooms.

Welcome to our bright and spacious home located on a third of an acre with a huge park-like backyard.
We have had the wonderful opportunity of hosting several Lifetime movies, a Walmart Live Streaming Shopping event, numerous commercials, music videos, docuseries and photoshoots. Our home and neighborhood is frequently filmed with access to plenty of parking for production trucks and trailers along the side of our home.
Our home is close to the 118 freeway near Stoney Point Park in the northwest San Fernando Valley. The peaceful equestrian neighborhood feels like you're in the countryside.
Our large driveway holds up to 7 cars with a 3 car garage that has direct access to inside of our house. We have 2 side gates, one very wide, for easy access to the backyard.
Our enormous park-like backyard has lush grass, trees, brick fire pit, expansive concrete patio with several outdoor seating areas, a pergola and beautiful mountain views.
Our home is newly remodeled, single level and at the end of a tree lined cul-de-sac with a breezeway. Spacious bright and open floor plan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office. Both the master bedroom and family room have sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard.

The entrance to our home is off of Lassen Street on the corner of Oakdale. The entrance to our backyard faces an alley that leads to Oakdale which is ideal for production vehicles.
This warehouse is already set up with boxes and there are several props that can be used for filming if needed. Located on a quiet and flat street and close to a big parking lot where additional space is available if needed. The warehouse has an office, 4 dock doors, high ceilings, a large parking lot in the front and back where a lot of trailers can be set up.
