Rustic Barn, Craftsman home & Retro Kitchen/Bath
I think Johnny and Jane are the best hosts I know. I never faced any problems throughout my production and they were really supportive throughout the whole thing, from the initial scouts to the time I wrapped up. And the location is just beautiful with all the colourful walls and the furniture. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Excellent experience using the rustic barn space as a shooting location for interviews. Communicative and attentive hosts, great covered outdoor space for holding, staging, and crafty/catering, and easy load in/load out with our trucks
via the extended driveway. A lot of in-house options for set decoration made utilizing the space for two different (albeit similar) looks quick and easy. Location was simple to find and convenient to the freeway. Parking in the neighborhood was a breeze, and the surrounding area was quiet.

Johnny was an incredible and friendly host. He was very flexible and allowed us to do a scout before filming. He was beyond helpful. Also, did I mention the location ROCKS? He has collected so many unique pieces of decor that make the space so charming. The backyard has plenty of room, furniture and shade for staging equipment and crew. The driveway makes load in and load out incredibly easy. If you are even slightly considering booking this place, DO IT. It is an absolute dream come true.

Highly recommend this location! Johnny, the host, is as cool as they come - he was communicative, responsive, helpful, and super nice. The shoot I produces made use of both the Craftsman home and the "rustic barn." The pictures on the site accurately portray the look, and they are so different from one another you're essentially getting two locations for the price of one. In addition, Johnny let us use the nice extra-large covered patio to stage gear and set up crafty. The home and barn each have one bathroom, parking on the street was actually not too bad (some crew had to park a block away and walk, no big deal) and Johnny allowed us 3 driveway spots which made loading in and out very convenient. For our needs, these locations were perfect - and if they look like they'd fit your production, I highly encourage you to contact Johnny and go take a look. You won't find a better host on this site. Will definitely be renting from him again!
