Johnny and Jane were EXCELLENT hosts. They went above and beyond in terms of collaborating, and their extensive props found in their back house were a huge asset. I would use any of their properties again in a heartbeat!

Excellent experience using the rustic barn space as a shooting location for interviews. Communicative and attentive hosts, great covered outdoor space for holding, staging, and crafty/catering, and easy load in/load out with our trucks via the extended driveway. A lot of in-house options for set decoration made utilizing the space for two different (albeit similar) looks quick and easy. Location was simple to find and convenient to the freeway. Parking in the neighborhood was a breeze, and the surrounding area was quiet. Thank you Johnny and Jane for a seamless and pain free shoot!
