This space includes: 1) Vintage inspired living room with high coved ceiling, original hardwood floors and ample natural light 2) Large arched doorway leading into the dining area and kitchen 3) Bright and airy bathroom with a wide farm sink 4) 2 additional bedrooms with original hardwood floors and ample natural light 5) Large backyard with total privacy. The backyard includes: - concrete deck - lush wall of tall bamboo on one side balanced by a dramatic tree on the opposite side - additional brick patio that can double as a "stage" - lighting at dusk is the "golden hour" in this backyard 6) Backyard for filming or craft services 7) Front yard 8) Plenty of outlets for all your electrical needs inside/outside of the property Street access for easy load-in / out Ample free street parking
