I highly recommend this location for any small production. Communication with the property manager was quick and reliable, the house is bright and well decorated, there's two bathrooms, and the back yard is wonderfully cinematic. Be sure to scout the neighborhood first so you understand how close the property is to the raised highway and freight train tracks nearby. The interior is extremely quiet, but the exterior can get pretty loud. And there is no ground floor access to the rental house, you will have to walk your gear up the front steps or hand it off up the front or side hill. As long as you're prepared for both of these minor issues, you'll have a successful shoot here. Thank you Josh P!
