About the Space
Our unique home has a style all its own. Built in the 1800's, we like to call it the original Franklin Tiny Home! You will be close to all of the things Franklin has to offer, like the College, Coffee Shops, Antiques and plenty of dining options within a few blocks from you! Our tiny home has everything you need to get away and unwind from your daily life. Even though it's small, you will feel right at home. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit or soak in the Hot Tub. You will have access to the entire house. The Cottage is available for Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
