Newly renovated Cozy Cottage in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. We just added the deck and hot tub, it is available year round. Quiet and secluded, located in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood with rich history. Our Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of highly acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and distillery. Situated just two blocks from the famous Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping. It's a tiny but mighty home that is packed full of charm! During your stay, participate in #porching, one of Indy's favorite pastimes, on your own private front porch. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home! Parking is on the street in front of the house. We do have a camper that we park out back, which can be offered on rental with additional cost. t's in a different fenced in area from the cottage so you do have complete privacy This Tiny cottage is perfect location for your next Photoshoot/ Film shoot.
