I'm the Community Manager of a new Coworking space in Avalon Park in East Orlando. We offer private offices, hot desks, virtual offices, and meeting and event space. I have a lot of experience working with filming and production bookings at this space and in NYC as well. I'll look forward to working with you through Giggster.
This is normally a multi work space good for small events, meetings, and overall small group meetings. We literally took their larger meet space and transformed it into a backdrop for a documentary interview production. After searching Airbnb, studio spaces, we at least knew the space was versatile. Thankfully the staff was very helpful.
We had our baby shower at this venue and it was amazing. The place is beautiful and in a great spot. We hosted more than 70 people comfortably with lots of chairs for everyone. The venue is super clean and fancy, especially the bathrooms. It's got a fridge, freezer, microwave, and lots of counter space – everything we needed. Parking was easy to find around the area. Plus, there are some awesome restaurants right downstairs. We were really happy with our choice and definitely recommend this venue.
I had a fantastic experience using this co-working space for a project photoshoot. The large windows flooded the area with natural light, enhancing our creative process. The staff's excellent communication made our stay seamless, addressing any needs promptly. The central location was a major plus, providing convenience and accessibility. Overall, a highly recommended space for its ambiance, attentive staff, and prime location.
This was a beautiful venue, it exceeded our expectations. The staff was beyond helpful. The communication they maintained was exceptional. Jaqueline, Yulia and Zack outdid themselves with their professionalism and prompt response to all our questions and needs. I definitely would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience renting the space on Giggster in Avalon Park. The space was impeccably clean, delightfully quiet, and the climate control made it incredibly comfortable. The presence of a friendly greeter added a warm touch to the whole experience. The location in the heart of Avalon Park was perfect, and the beautiful view from the space was truly a highlight. I couldn't have asked for a better rental space for my needs. Highly recommended!
