As a visual artist, photographer painter and son of the owner I am excited to be a part of the development of the property. Seeing its use in video and movie shorts has inspired my own direction curating authenticity here and creating additional use from my fathers life work. Looking forward to the expanding role of it in the arts industry. This places future holds a special position in my heart
Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is responsive, communicative, and wonderfully helpful. His location and standing sets are beautiful. We were able to get all the footage we needed on his set and Scott pointed out many functions of the locations that actually made our day run faster! My team and I are incredibly grateful Scott was able to squeeze us in for our weekend shoot.
Your team must book Scott's locations! There is absolutely no better place to film than at Scott's place! He is extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Every member of our crew and team mentioned how great he is. We shot SIX locations with Scott and we probably could have shot more if we had more time. We're definitely coming back with our next production!
