Thank you for considering my location you for your great shoot, and I look forward to meeting you!! The space: a peaceful back garden (5000sqf). If you need a magical and cozy a zen garden this is the place for you!! I would be happy to welcome you in my lovely, quiet, outdoor garden in North Sherman Oaks. When you book this outdoor space, you will have OUTDOOR access to: -large 5000sqf Zen Garden, with a man-made stream & coy pond -plentiful and safe free Street Parking I will be more than happy to host your small-medium size production. Since March 2020, we no longer host big productions. About me: I run an animal nonprofit, #MissionWellington & his TreatsForPups.com: we bring pet food, blankets & supplies to homeless pets living out in the streets. Your production will help contribute to that. Most of all I am the proud "mom" of Wellington Jr. the LabraDoodle :) He's hypoallergenic and an extremely well behaved service animal, very sweet, super smart & a great listener (not a barker, so no worries for your sound guy). We will both welcome you, show you the place, then be discreet during your shoot. As I work from home, and I am easily reachable and available, just a message away for any questions you might have. I like to be fast and helpful. We have had several shoots at this property (not listed on Giggester). The published rate is as low as I can go, so if you need to negotiate, I'm not the right location. If your budget allows, then I just have a few questions for you... Before we proceed: 1) Can you prove that you will have production insurance? On the off chance you’ve never had one, it’s really easy to purchase it online for the day. It’s important for your equipment safety, and for your team’s safety. Without it, it would be a disservice to you. 2) Can you give me a 1 line about your shoot about? (Absolutely No Nudity Allowed) 3) How will you be honoring social distancing & please share with me your sanitation protocol for your cast & crew? (Remember this location is outdoors only and you will not enter my house at all for any reasons). 4) Are all cast & crew fully vaccinated? 5) Will each cast & crew be tested no more than 24hrs before the shoot? (Each cast & crew can bring those tests results the day of). 6) Will you allow me to take temperature (digitally) for each cast & crew, at call time each day? 7) Are the dates and times of your inquiry exact or approximate? 8) Do you have any lights bigger than 1k? 9) Are you ok to honor all Giggster communication guidelines, and maintaining all communications within this App? FYI: The street parking here is free and totally unrestricted. There’s no driveway parking unless it’s a picture car. We are near Valley College.
