360ism Studios is a professional studio for Photographers, Models, Video producers, Podcasters, and all content creators. Our clients consistently rave about the quality of our facilities, the professionalism of our staff, and the seamless experience they have enjoyed while working in our space. 360ism Studios is a fully equipped multimedia space located in a modernized building, with 1200 square feet of usable floor space! Large windows and an accessible rooftop make it is perfect for a variety of Photoshoot and Video production! What sets 360ism Studios apart? Daring Leaderman is the professional photographer, grip, TV/video producer and visual design specialist who created the studio. Designed from the floor up, It literally has everything most photographer/video producer or podcaster would need for a successful project! +The add-ons for custom sets including the Boudoir/Bed set, Rain/Shower set and Projector Room! +There are even more add-ons including the Podcast Room (4 Microphones), Multiple lights/modifers and the Rooftop that are available for your project! PARKING: Street parking is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. On 13th Street and E.Cary (around the corner within the same city block) there is 2 hours free parking during the weekday /daytime. On 12th street before 6pm, the meter is running, 2$ per hour. There are also paid parking garages within footsteps of the building. 360ism Studio Features: * Kitchen area - with full size refrigerator. + Sink, Dishwasher and Microwave * Wardrobe, Changing and Make Up Room * Balcony + Rooftop access * Green screen Backdrop/Floor cover * Wood Grain floor covering * Custom Backdrops * Fog/Smoke Machine * Continuous & Strobe lighting & umbrella/softbox modifiers are on set. * RGB lighting to change the wall different colors * Several backdrops (white, black, green, red, blue, pink, spice, yellow, brown, beige colors) * WiFi access + Alexa sound system * Several Bathrooms Additional services: * Book a Studio assistance - (Someone to assist you with backdrop changes and lighting) * Book a Photographer for your session * Book a Model for photo/video production including fashion, swimsuit, boudoir,etc. * Make-up Artist and Hair Styling services available * Rent a camera or lens for your session ____________________________________ THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS/BOOKINGS : PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION: - * One Light (strobe or continuous) is included with your session. You are welcome to bring your own lights or rent additional lights from the studio. * SEAMLESS PAPER BACKDROPS are not included in your rental - If you need backdrops you must select the 'Add-on Backdrops'. The first pull is 10.00$ Additional backdrops are 10$ per pull. You are welcome to bring your own backdrop and stands. There will be a $35 clean up fee charged if space is left unclean and disorganized.
