Welcome to my home, a modern loft with a ton of old character. My open concept space has high ceilings made of white tin, Old wood floors that lay on a diagonal, brick walls throughout and a lot of charm. The location is about 2 miles North from Center City and a stones throw to a number of other city neighborhoods. The neighborhood has plenty of names...Callowhill, Spring Arts, North Chinatown & Erasurehood. This urban loft is fully furnished. It is the perfect location for small dinners, a photo shoot or a business meeting.
