The loft is available for video shoots, photoshoots, commercials, workshops, interviews, team off-sites, and more! This is one of the most unique spaces to rent in the Bay Area. The loft was designed with an emphasis on natural materials, warmth and brightness with a bit of artistic nuance thrown into the mix. With over 2100 square feet of space, the loft offers your project a sophisticated and modern feel with lots of warmth and creative energy. Flooded with a ton of natural light year round, the loft features indoor and outdoor spaces, a gorgeous and bright European kitchen plus dining area, living room with an attached garden, gorgeous large bedroom, plus a huge 3rd floor open space that is currently set up with a king sized bed, lounge area and large table with chairs. Located in the 4th Street retail district of Berkeley, the loft is super easy to get to from any points in the Bay Area.
