The Junior Common Room for Smaller Events
This Junior Common Room is great space for smaller meetings, functions and events. Please contact the host first prior booking to request for a quote price (depends on number of people, type of rental, event, project and date of availability) The average minimum spend for filming crews is $300 half day for a small project (1 small meeting room), for large projects it can go up to $5000 or more per day + parking fees ($20 per - light motor vehicles, $250 – large trucks per day) Please note, our minimum rate is half day.
