About the Space

This Music Room is a great venue for musical events, photoshoots and film production space. This is ideal for lessons, rehearsals, vocal, piano and guitar lessons and anybody who wants to play music! Music rooms are for hire, and all the equipment is provided for your use. This provides three music rooms with soundproof walls for everyone to play music. Please contact the host first prior booking to request for a quote price (depends on number of people, type of rental, event, project and date of availability) The average minimum spend for filming crews is $300 half day for a small project (1 small meeting room), for large projects it can go up to $5000 or more per day + parking fees ($20 per - light motor vehicles, $250 – large trucks per day) Please note, our minimum rate is half day.
