About the Space

This Reading Room is a comfortable space for a variety of functions such as buffet meals, formal dining and conference lectures. Original literature lines the walls of the Reading Room, and a fireplace and portraiture add to its traditional ambiance. Its sunny position and decor. Based on the current safe-distancing regulations, the Reading Room can accommodate to 36 attendees (2 square metre rule). Please contact the host first prior booking to request for a quote price (depends on number of people, type of rental, event, project and date of availability) The average minimum spend for filming crews is $300 half day for a small project (1 small meeting room), for large projects it can go up to $5000 or more per day + parking fees ($20 per - light motor vehicles, $250 – large trucks per day) Please note, our minimum rate is half day.
