*NOTE THAT THE PUBLISHED RATE ON THE LISTING IS FOR PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY. FOR FILMING, THE RENTAL FEE IS $167 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS. THE SANITATION FEE IS $300. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, just outside of the Arts District, is our 1,300+ sq. ft. space. Stage 3 has polished concrete floors, two skylights, and a cyc. Within the space, the power rating is 200 amps. In addition, there are mobile Bose music speakers. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or inquires. Stage rate includes Stage Manager, house power, A/C, Wifi, Cyc repaint, & basic cleaning. Parking available. All grip, expendables, lighting, & production supplies will be provided by Hubble Studio. Additional fee (TBD) to paint cyc a speciality color or beyond normal wear+tear cleaning *Due to Covid, we now have a sanitation fee. This is a hard cost that covers in stage air filters and the hiring of a cleaning crew to sanitize all surfaces
