About the Space

*NOTE THAT THE PUBLISHED RATE ON THE LISTING IS FOR PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY. FOR FILMING, THE RENTAL FEE IS $292 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS. THE SANITATION FEE IS $300. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, just outside of the Arts District, is our 5,000+ sq. ft. space. Stage 2, our large soundstage, has polished concrete floors. Within the space, the power rating is 3-phase 1,600 amps. Clients are also welcome to utilize the small soundstage, which is located in the backstage. This soundstage has a grid, a television and a private bathroom. There are two custom-designed VIP rooms. Each green room is equipped with a small fridge and a television. There is a makeup & hair room with three built-in glamour stations, lights and a clothing rack. Clients are welcome to utilize on-site parking as well as our outside patio space. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or inquires. Stage rate includes Stage Manager, house power, A/C, Wifi, Cyc repaint, & basic cleaning. Parking available. All grip, expendables, lighting, & production supplies will be provided by Hubble Studio. Additional fee (TBD) to paint cyc a speciality color or beyond normal wear+tear cleaning *Due to Covid, we now have a sanitation fee. This is a hard cost that covers in stage air filters and the hiring of a cleaning crew to sanitize all surfaces
