About the Space
*NOTE THAT THE PUBLISHED RATE ON THE LISTING IS FOR PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY. FOR FILMING, THE RENTAL FEE IS $317 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS. THE SANITATION FEE IS $300. Our largest studio at 5,200 sq ft features a large 2-wall white cyclorama, client area, conference table for meetings and a Bose speaker system. It is the perfect space for multiple sets and features fantastic support rooms and private restrooms for clients. This stage also has a private parking area that fits nine cars and doubles as an outdoor shooting space. This is the ideal stage for large productions and crews. Stage rate includes Stage Manager, house power, A/C, Wifi, Cyc repaint, & basic cleaning. Parking available. All grip, expendables, lighting, & production supplies will be provided by Hubble Studio. Additional fee (TBD) to paint cyc a speciality color or beyond normal wear+tear cleaning *Due to Covid, we now have a sanitation fee. This is a hard cost that covers in stage air filters and the hiring of a cleaning crew to sanitize all surfaces
