About the Space
Hollywood Hills Spanish Style House from 1927, recently renovated for all modern convenience while still preserving the old world charm. Spacious interiors, cozy bedrooms, and luxurious elements to make it a warm, welcoming home. As an added bonus, one of the best rooftop decks in all of Los Angeles (no hyperbole, it's pretty incredible). (Please scroll to bottom of description for pricing on group sizes) Cast/Crew Production Size & Cost: (3 hr Min) 1 to 5 persons - 150/hr 6 to 16 persons - 175/hr 16 to 35 - 225/hr Rates are full hour rental (no partial or half hours, but 10 minute grace period given into additional hours), and from first crew arrival on site until last vehicle departure from location after load out and clean up (ie. waiting outside after load out is not wrap time, but last person departing from site)

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very helpful. The space worked great having multiple rooms to work with shooting and holding talent. We didn't rent the space for the view, but the top deck has one of the best views! And you can get the same view from other rooms in the house. Would definitely rent this space again!
