About the Space

Studio Loft Apartment on a quiet residential street. (Please scroll to bottom of description for pricing on group sizes) Queen Size Murphy Bed allows for conversion between open plan studio and studio apartment. Bedside Reading Lights installed for more specific lighting. Ensuite bathroom with retro fixtures and shower stall. Kitchenette with small sink, microwave, 4 cu/ft fridge,12 cup coffee maker and smaller french press, blender, basic utensils, cutlery, mixing items, bowls. Wifi/Internet Provided. Wall mounted TV with HDMI inputs as well as Roku (can roku-cast production video (display off your phone/laptop) as well as Netflix/Amazon Prime/HBO. Ultra quiet AC/Heat Wall unit (newly installed 2015). Access to 2 dedicated 20 amp circuit outlets (nothing else along circuit for continuous power). Rates: 1 to 5 people - 50/hr 6 and above - 65/hr Rates are full hour rental (no partial or half hours, but 10 minute grace period given into additional hours), and from first crew arrival on site until last vehicle departure from location after load out and clean up (ie. waiting outside after load out is not wrap time, but last person departing from site)
