- Outside Vendors are allowed with prior approval. Please contact host first.
- Outside food and/or catering is allowed with prior approval.
- No cooking allowed on-site
- All alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender
- No loud music after 1:00 am
- No Pets Allowed.

- No one allowed near Lake area
- No children unattended. Must be supervised at all times.
- We are strictly an outdoor space, no inside spaces are available
- Property must be left in the condition it was provided.
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
- Guests must sign waivers
- Remove garbage/trash of all types and add new lining to garbage cans.
- All rentals include set up and teardown time.
- No staying past checkout time unless prior written approval by host is provided.
- Not allowed to have more guests than stated in your reservation.
- Wood burning fire pits are to be lit by host only
- All/Any event should be discussed prior to booking.
- No disturbances, especially after 12am.
- We offer site tours for a $50.00 fee, will be credited towards your booking should you choose to reserve.
- Main organizer must be present throughout the use and must check in prior to departure
