The Secret Garden Loft is a hidden gem in the center of Hollywood, 1600 sq ft, two-story spacious penthouse with a big terrace that overlooks the Hollywood Hills. One loft with many different looks and areas to offer your production a verity of options. 13ft high ceiling, lots of natural light, wide and quiet street for easy load in&out, Valet parking, Sonos sound system, fully equipped kitchen, antique vintage dinner set, privet industrial shower and a lot more to make any production to an unforgettable one.
We divide our days into two time slots, we do not go hourly: 10am-4pm, 5pm-11pm, or full day.
Monday-Friday: Day Slot (Half Day): $750
Monday-Thursday: Night Slot (Half Day): $1,000
Monday-Thursday: Full day: $1,400
Friday Night Rate: $1,400 / Full Day Rate: $2,000
Saturday Rate: Half Day: $1,400 / Full Day: $2,000
Sunday Rate: Half Day: $1,400 / Full Day: $2,000
Music off 10:00pm ALWAYS.
All guests out 10:30pm.
Everything out and cleaned up by 11pm

OPERATIONAL COSTS:
Cleaning Fee
We ALWAYS require 1 host/doorman to be booked for this location for events.
We require 1 security guard for all events over 35 guests
The representative will be welcoming your guests and escorting them up to the venue. During the event, he will be standing outside monitoring the entrance and will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have as well as implementing our COVID procedures. This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. They will unlock and lock up the door for us at check in and check out. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and it is mandatory.
Events under 35 guests/Includes 1 host for the event:
Half day (6 hours): $180
Full day (12 hours): $360
Events over 35 guests / Includes 1 host & 1 Guard:
Half day (6 hours): $300
Full day (12 hours): $500
We require event Insurance for all events at our space.
Security always would be at the back end/ peak hours of the event to help close down.
Hosts get there 15 min early for check in
$30 an hour to add any extra time for a host and/or security.
We collect $520 refundable security deposit before any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We refund the deposit 5-7 business days after the event. This is collected Via Email Invoice.
