Located in the heart of Chelsea near The High Line and Hudson Yard, our large 3rd floor space (4,000 sq. ft) is a combined grand space with 13' high ceilings, 10’ tall Double doors, 2 regular doors, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of The High Line.
One half of the space offers loosely divided 3 rooms. The other half is completely open. The two halves are connected by 2 moveable walls.
Perfect for show rooms, presentations, photo and video shootings, fashion and promotional events, art exhibitions, receptions, and more.
The extra fees of refundable security deposit of $1000, a site rep fee of $130, a cleaning fee of $200 and when more than 50 people or alcohol are served $60 janitorial fee should be paid directly to the venue when booked. We will exchange a signed agreement.
