About the Space
The Loft is a fully-furnished loft space usable for photo shoots, film shoots and events. The space is remarkably versatile and all furnishings can be moved or rearranged to customize your environment. The main bathroom is fully-functional with an open rainfall shower as the main feature. As a daylight location, the Loft provides ample light and space to style your shoots comfortably in addition to: -4500 square feet -Southern, Western and Northern city exposures -Spacious 350 sq. ft. bathroom with open, rainfall shower and tub -Large gourmet, Pullman kitchen with movable island and movable cooktop -Stainless steel appliances, three ovens and a stovetop -Two functional restrooms -Extra wide French doors -Lots of props to use, including dishes and decor -2 passenger elevators -Freight elevator (5'x6'x9') for easy load-in/load-out -Steamers, irons and ironing boards -Bright, airy hair and make-up station -Dedicated 3-phase 100 amp box -3-phase 400 amp tie-in -Two separate internet lines
