About the Space

Large backyard event space located in Jamaica, Queens. Our space can accommodate up to 80 guests. There is a 5-hour booking minimum. Events must end by 11pm. There is a private restroom onsite. The rate includes the following: 6 tables (6 ft long tables) 30 metal folding chairs, 2 50qt. coolers and use of outdoor furniture area. If additional setup time is needed you may add more time in the add-on section. Music must stop at the end of the event time, not during clean up period. This space is great for baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, small weddings, receptions, graduation parties, BBQs, birthday parties, brunch parties, private dinners, fashion shows, sip and paint, pop up events etc.
