Our space currently operates 24/7 as a boutique hostel and bar/cafe. We are open to the public every day until 11pm. Note that if you rent this space, you will be amidst (currently slow) hostel operations. The ground floor is 5,000 square feet of a tastefully converted warehouse. There are handicapped accessible public restrooms on the ground floor. The study area is on the far side of reception and includes a well-lit custom table that seats around 15 people. Universal international plug outlets are built into the table. This would be a good space for a meeting or a class.
