Welcome to our 9th floor modern and spacious downtown apartment located in the heart of San Francisco in the historic Civic Center. Our view from the apartment windows is of the city skyline and the City Hall dome.
Our 800 sqft space is ideal for photoshoots, music videos, food videos, and intimate events. This is a two bedroom one bath apartment on the 9th floor.
Our space has a unique and luxurious feel with a lot of natural light. There are floor to ceiling windows with the view of the City Hall dome. Book a night time slot and you'll be greeted with the City Hall dome lit up with various colors depending on the night.
City Hall turns their lights on at dusk every night. You can find what colors the City Hall dome will be lit up on which days here ; https://sfgov.org/cityhall//lighting.

Insurance and damage protection is required for parties involving alcohol. No smoking is allowed.
The maximum guests allowed are 11.
Rooftop access is an additional fee as I will have to accompany your group during that time. If this is something you are interested in please let me know.
