About the Space: Open Floorplan with concrete floors, bluetooth speaker, natural lighting, big windows throughout w/Blackout Curtains, lighting equipment, backdrops and many props to choose from. It may fit up to 15 production crew members + equipment. Up to 30 if all standing. You may divide the room in half with the mobile wall to run 2 different sets at the same time. Restrooms, 2 Makeup Desk, & personal Wardrobe change. **Quiet enough to record sounds** Many product commercials & filming done. ****Our studio is located in the jewelry district, same street as "Grand Central Market." We work with our in-studio photographers & videographers. OTHER: The studio is great for natural lighting especially the golden hour. It has large wide windows that can be covered with curtains that can block bright lighting. Props around the loft can be used as well for shooting.
