About the Space Open Floorplan with concrete floors, surround sound, natural lighting, windows throughout, and made bare for your vision board to come true. It may fit up to 30 people comfortably at a given time and you may bring your own equipment for an easy setup. Props and furniture can be removed or moved around. What does it include: - 14 feet high ceilings, - 9 feet high Windows - 14 outlets surrounding 360 - 1 bluetooth mounted speaker w/remote - 6 ceiling bright lights. - Wifi - Large Restroom for Dressing - Frieght Elevator - Wardrobe Dress Room in studio - Mobile White Panel Wall Great For: - Photography - Film - PodCasts - Art Gallery - Small Intimate Events - Baby Shower - Workshops - Auditions - Dance / Dance - Rehearsals - Videography - Paint & Sip Hours: Monday - Sunday 8am - 10pm. We work with our third party VENDORS photographers, chair/table rentals. Please ask for rates! OTHER: The studio is great for natural lighting especially the golden hour. It has large wide windows that can be covered with curtains that can block bright lighting. Props around the loft can be used as well for shooting. Upon arrival, there is a loading/unloading zone and freight elevator access in front. ELEVATOR: Fit 7 ppl at a time Freight Elevator: 10 ppl at a time Any Stairs? No, it’s wheelchair accessible. The space was amazing. Parking, loading, and unloading were hassle-free. Corvette was super accommodating helping us into the building and staging our scene. I would highly recommend this space for any video and photography needs.
