We held an art opening here and the space was perfect! Dante was very responsive and communicative and his assistant Felix was very helpful! What we liked: the high ceilings/industrial vibe, indoor lighting, lovely outdoor area, easy garage door opening for loading in large pieces, built in fixtures to display/sell merchandise, and clean/stocked restroom. What could be improved: a hanging system instead of the plaster/masonary walls for ease of installation. Great space, would definitely host here again!!!

I rented out this space to have a training session with my friends before my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The space is very clean with a large variety of up-to-date equipment. Whether you’re looking for a space to complete a workout session, a photo shoot, or for whatever reason, you can’t go wrong with renting out this space and I would recommend to anyone. Vivian was excellent to work with and I was very impressed by the level of communication throughout the booking.

About Miami

The only major city in the United States founded by a woman, Miami continues to grow as the “Gateway to Latin America.” Miami celebrates its diverse heritage through public events such as Calle Ocho, a free annual street festival that celebrates Pan-American ancestry. Miami Fashion Week and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week are two annual events in the Wynwood Art District that maintain the city’s place in the international fashion industry.

Besides all that, Miami boasts fantastic weather year-round, white-sand beaches with turquoise waters, and over 800 parks across the city. You will not have any trouble finding outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, and boating.

Ethnically dynamic museums are found across the city such as the Frost Art Museum, Miami Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami Children's Museum, and the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. In addition, nearly two dozen universities host a vibrant student population. Having these cultural assets nearby add to the value of renting any of the available Miami dance space options in this amazing city.

Pros and Cons of Dance Studio Spaces in Miami

While Miami has worked to establish itself as a beautifully designed and ethnically diverse world-class city, there are a few drawbacks to renting a dance space in Miami. Here are a few things everyone should be aware of to keep everyone safe and happy while seeking dance spaces in Miami.

Advantages

  • Warm Winters
You will not have any need to pack your long johns or snow boots heading to Miami because they literally never get snow. Winter temperatures are typically in the 60s and rarely get below 50 degrees F.

  • Beaches
Some things you do need to pack are your swimsuit and sunscreen as well as a good pair of sunglasses.

  • Nightlife
If you are thinking about going dancing somewhere besides the studio, Miami boasts a vast array of nightclubs, pubs, and other dance venues to enjoy.

Disadvantages

  • Crime
With a population of just under a half million people, the city of Miami has more crime than 90% of all the other cities in Florida.

  • Storms
Winters are great but summers can be a bit of a problem at times. Hurricane season poses some risk of natural disasters all summer and into the fall.

  • Traffic
Travel & Leisure readers rated Miami the "rudest" city in an annual poll. Abrupt stops and racing to get through yellow lights are common. One study revealed Miami’s rush hour actually lasts 4.7 hours each day.
