Very nice facility, well-equipped and lots of shooting possibilities. Extremely nice staff. Would definitely book again. However, small warning if you're shooting with audio, it's not the quietest intersection, you will be stopping for the odd police siren.

This is the second time I've shot in this beautiful flat. It had amazing light especially in the morning. And every corner of the flat gives you options for shooting. Kerim and his partner were very fast with communication and organised. They shared the house rules before hand (all reasonable), were helpful when it came to taking our gear up to the main room and were also very great with helping on accommodating our requests. I would definitely shoot there again, the space is great to work with, it's also very quiet so would work very well for video filming.
