All bookings provide exclusive use of the open-plan studio and its amenities, while adjacent studios may be in use by resident creatives. For productions or events requiring complete privacy across the entire unit — including exclusive access to the bathroom and no on-site activity — a full buyout option is available at £75/hour (excl.
