Place looked a little older than the photos, but other than that, I definitely would recommend, the owner was helpful and friendly and the area was spacious. I do recommend bringing extra chairs if your party is big, due to the fact that the couches are in the back room area and there were only a few chairs. Tables and lighting and back drop were available for use, so that was very convenient. I was very satisfied with my event and the building overall.

If you are looking to host an event or have a private gathering, look no further than Lawrence's space!!! Both the space and Lawrence truly exceeded all of my expectations. The space is INCREDIBLE - it's open, yet intimate and cozy and all of the details are breathtaking. The pictures don't even do this space justice because it's truly magical from the moment you walk in. Lawrence couldn't have been a more gracious host and was great at communicating and SO accommodating. I highly recommend this space!!! My guests and I couldn't have had a better experience huge thanks to Lawrence, his space, and his team. I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

There are so many creative ways to use the space that not every event will be the same! But let me tell you about the main reason this space is one of a kind… the host! Miss Joy and her family are so welcoming and caring the best host interaction I’ve experienced to date! She was able to listen to my idea and thoughts and help me make it a reality whatever way she could! I had a vision for my gender reveal and with her help we were able to host an event that our family will remember forever! It was overwhelming planning my first gender reveal but I couldn’t have done it without the help of Miss joy her husband Mr.Hank and her lovely family. If you’re planning you’re next event and are tired of host just in it to make more money! Look no further! Ms.joy allows you to enjoy the space and take in the moment without the constant reminder of rules and regulations! Thank you Ms.joy and Mr.Hank! We truly appreciate everything!
