About the Space

English-style heritage house from 1912 with large antique windows, natural light and original fir hardwood flooring. Minimally decorated with mid century and bespoke wood furniture, along with neutral textiles and a beautiful collection of handmade ceramics. Custom kitchen with large windows, an Italian range and marble countertops. Included in the rental is the main floor area which includes an open concept living and dining room, kitchen and front entrance as well as a bathroom. The house is available for photoshoots and films, and can accomodate larger productions upon request.

    Beautiful house and amazing host! A lot of props and ceramics we used for the shoot. Everything went smoothly! The house is nicely renovated, there's however not a lot of plugs, as you would expect from an older house in case you're using a lot of lighting.

    Gorgeous location for natural light photography! The kitchen in particular is extraordinary, but the entire space has such a beautiful, serene aesthetic. The host was very easy to work with and responded to my questions right away. Highly recommend this space! I would definitely use this space again in the future.

    Always a fun experience shooting in Gillian's space. The natural lights and warm feeling really made the space! She was very easy to communicate with and very kind. Looking forward to booking again :)

    Gillian's place was perfectly curated and exactly like the photos. The kitchen is a dream with a large selection of beautiful ceramics. Our photoshoot turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Communication with Gillian was smooth, prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will can't wait to book it for another photoshoot in the future!

    Fourteenth street is a beautiful space that exceeded my expectations. Gillian was also an excellent host: professional, prompt, and easy to plan and coordinate with. The kitchen is an absolute dream and her eye in decor is immaculate. The added shelving, handmade ceramics, and little details are better than I could have hoped for. I can't wait to see how our photos turn out. Thank you for everything Gillian.

    Gillian's house is so beautiful just like the photos. The house is also on a pretty tree lined street which also worked for some outdoor photos. She was very accommodating for our dates. Our team would definitely shoot there again!

    Gillian's house and design aesthetic is absolutely stunning. It helped bring our brand to life for our photo shoot and brought a level of style and sophistication that would be hard to replicate elsewhere. She was a pleasure to deal with and her house was immaculate :)
