About the Space
Fully renovated bright, 1920's home. Featured in Western Living Magazine. 11 foot exposed ceiling on the main floor. Skylight and large windows make for great lighting. House has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, working wood stove, 2 balconies, a patio, a large open kitchen and a 16 foot eclipse door at the south end of the house that completely opens to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space. House is primarily decorated with white and wood and has a warm minimalist feeling. Additional hours (more than 6 hours) can be requested for $200 per hour. A cleaning fee may be required depending on proposed use of the space.
