Beautiful, spacious home a block away from Venice beach. Location looks like the pics and the owners were very accommodating/hospitable.
Used this place to film a digital video, no major problems despite it being in the heart of Venice and right by the boardwalk. Plenty of lots in the area to park in, just price-check to make sure you're not being gouged.
