WORLD FAMOUS Hollywood Hills at great price! Tim was a tremendously helpful host leading up to the shoot. Communicates very well. The home offers lots of looks which is why we booked the space. A nice bonus is the on-site motor court for key personnel/talent. We had a small crew so we fit almost everyone in there, but there was also street parking nearby. I would use them again for sure!

WORLD FAMOUS Hollywood Hills at great price! The Devlin House is an incredible production space with a 5 star host. Tim was responsive, helpful and gracious. The space is larger than the pictures suggest - which NEVER happens and was a bonus. Lots of different looks can be hand in this space. I can't say enough nice things about Tim or this space:)

WORLD FAMOUS Hollywood Hills at great price! Tim was an absolute dream of a host! He communicated throughout the entire process and was very attentive to any of our needs. His house is great for any type of production with a wrap-around walkway making the entire property easily accessible. The view from here is breathtaking, not to mention it is highly photogenic without the need for much production design. I would highly recommend booking his place!
